DeVebo Omsorg is now seeking a team member for Assignment, where Animals & Nature, facility maintenance, transportation, and recycling are in focus – every day is unique.
As a work supervisor, you support participants in their activities and create a safe and developmental environment. The role requires structure, flexibility, patience, and a pedagogical approach. You need good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work calmly.
We are looking for someone who:
Is driven, curious, and takes initiative – you see what needs to be done and act
Has a genuine interest in working with people with functional variations
Is creative, responsive, and confident
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Has a solution-focused approach and sees opportunities where others see obstacles
Requirements:
Experience working within LSS
Good Swedish in both speech and writing
Driver's license B, manual
Meritorious:
Knowledge of visual pedagogics, TAKK, or AKK
