The company operates centerless grinders, surface grinders, CNC profile grinders, and measuring equipment for surface finish and roundness accuracy. The company has just been acquired by the West Swedish corporation Västindustrier, and with a secure ownership backing, the operation is now entering a new phase. As Working Operations Manager, you will lead a team of six employees at LN Mekaniska. You will be phased into the role over time. Your responsibilities will include: * Plan production * Oversee daily operations * Handle purchasing * Manage customer contact * Participate in daily production * Perform various grinding tasks We're Looking for You: * Have completed a mechanical or industrial technician program in upper secondary school * Have experience from mechanical workshops and grinding specifically (centerless grinding is not required) * Want to be part of a development journey within the company You will report to the Owner/CEO based in Borås.
