Good production is not just about machines and materials. It's built on people who collaborate, take responsibility, and support each other to move forward.
We're now looking for a working foreman who wants to be in the middle of operations. You're where the work happens, supporting your team in daily tasks and ensuring production runs smoothly. If you enjoy leadership, problem-solving, and a fast pace, this is a role where you'll make a real difference every day.
This is a long-term position and is a temporary placement through Montico, where the right person will be offered the opportunity for direct employment with the client after the placement period.
About the Position
Here you'll have a varied role combining leadership with hands-on work. You'll be part of an organization with short decision-making paths, engaged colleagues, and a culture that values collaboration, development, and accountability.
For the right person, there are good opportunities to influence both daily operations and the company's continued development.
