We operate at 21 locations throughout the country and transport approximately 8 million packages and shipments annually. Our operations consist of pickup, distribution, and long-haul transport within DSV's domestic network for freight and packages as well as temperature-controlled goods. Job Responsibilities We are now looking for a working foreman for our pickup and distribution operations in Visby. Your primary task is to supervise drivers in close collaboration with our transport manager. When needed, you will also step in as a driver. Job responsibilities: Plan, optimize, and distribute daily work for drivers Loading, unloading & forklift operation Distribution driving – Truck Provide good service to our customers Handheld device management Requirements: In your role, you will be responsible for DSV Åkeri's vehicles and goods, which requires a great sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a respectful manner. You have: Interest in and/or experience with leadership and administrative work Class C driving license, Professional Competence Certificate (YKB), ADR certification, and Digital Tachograph Card Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written If you also have a Class E license, we would see that as an advantage. As a person, we would like to see that you are driven and self-directed. You have the ability to motivate your colleagues, you are cooperative, structured, and enjoy working at a fast pace.
