Would you like to work on planning buildings for agriculture and rural areas?
Växa is now seeking a passionate construction advisor! You will join a team of nine experienced construction advisors. There are many opportunities for development as we offer a workplace with extensive collective knowledge where you, together with our advisors in areas such as economics, environment, and dairy and beef production, will work to develop Swedish agricultural and rural businesses. At Växa, we focus on customer needs and work in teams around our customers.
The work is diverse and includes everything from early sketches, preliminary approval documentation and cost estimates to request for proposal documents and construction supervision. In addition to the above, there are great opportunities to tailor the position according to your own interests in, for example, mechanization, energy and environmental issues, or occupational health and safety.
Appropriate Education and Experience
Agronomist, agricultural engineer, construction engineer, or equivalent academic qualification. We are looking for a person with great commitment and the ability to engage with people. You communicate well both verbally and in writing and have good computer skills. A class B driving license is required. The work is independent and flexible.
Desirable Qualifications
We would appreciate it if you have practical experience and have worked as an advisor or salesperson in the agricultural or construction industry. If you also have knowledge of AutoCAD or other drawing programs, that is desirable.
Scope and Location
Full-time and permanent with placement at one of Växa's larger offices in Sweden, such as Falköping, Eksjö, or Linköping. Other offices may also be relevant (Operational Locations | Växa). Salary by agreement.
