Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a section manager for the LSS Housing Department, Unit 4. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine close and developmental leadership with responsibility for the quality, development, and results of the operations. Together with fellow managers and employees, you will contribute to creating the best possible support and quality of life for Malmö residents with disabilities. As a first-line manager, you are responsible for two LSS residences and lead the operations based on established goals, quality standards, and budget. You have responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances, and actively work to create participation, engagement, and good conditions for employee development. An important part of the assignment is to translate the organization's goals into daily work and create conditions for sustainable and high-quality operations. You will be part of an engaged management team where you together take responsibility for the organization's development and work for the benefit of Malmö residents. In your role, you will have close collaboration with fellow managers and receive support from the unit manager, management support, development secretaries, and the department's staff functions. Qualifications We seek you with a university/college degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on behavioral science, health, society, or equivalent. If you have management or leadership training, that is a merit. It is necessary that you have previous experience with a full management position with responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment within a relevant operational area. You also need to have experience working in LSS operations. You have good understanding of Swedish in both speech and writing and computer skills.
