Your Role
Working as a maintenance technology group manager means you will be responsible for and ensure that the right competence, capacity, and conditions are in place for maintenance operations to be conducted safely, efficiently, and with long-term sustainability. The assignment involves leading, developing, and staffing the group based on operational needs. The role will support operations by providing the right technical expertise and creating conditions for coordination and flexibility across technical areas. The assignment also includes strengthening competence supply, collaboration, and development capabilities within the maintenance organization.
You will lead approximately thirty employees and be responsible for work environment, employee conversations, compensation, and rehabilitation.
This is a new role, and we're looking for someone who wants to help develop it further. You will work closely with your direct manager, functional leaders, and employees.
We're Looking for You With
relevant technical education or equivalent experience in maintenance or process operations
experience in work supervision or personnel coordination
experience in competence planning and staffing optimization
knowledge of work environment practices and employment law processes
understanding of maintenance operations and technical competence needs
Meriting Experience
maintenance operations in the energy or process industry
work in matrix organizations or cross-functional collaboration
Personal Abilities
lead and develop employees based on operational needs
plan and ensure long-term competence supply
create collaboration in a cross-functional organization
balance operational requirements, resource utilization, and employee perspectives
structure and make clear prioritizations and follow-ups
