Your Role With Us As a hairdresser at VACKER, you're an important part of the customer experience from the first hello to the finished result. You work creatively with cuts, color, and consultation, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skills, and service, you create customers who want to come back again and again. You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is high. We're Looking for Someone Who Is a trained hairdresser or in training level 1–2 and wants to continue developing. Has a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people. Is positive, engaged, and likes taking responsibility. Thrives in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job. Is flexible, solution-oriented, and likes taking own initiative. Wants to contribute to teamwork and the salon's shared success. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
