About Us Daimler Buses Sverige AB is a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG and is responsible for sales and after-market services of Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses on the Swedish market. We have our headquarters in Vetlanda where we offer a modern facility with a full-scale workshop that handles service, repairs, painting, and additional installations on new buses. In total, we employ approximately 80 people in Sweden, of which about twenty work in our workshop. About the Role As an installation technician with us, you will work equipping brand-new buses before they hit the road. You will customize state-of-the-art buses according to specific customer requirements for the future of tourism and public transportation. Your main work tasks involve new installations of: Digital equipment: WiFi systems, router solutions, and digital destination displays. Lighting: Extra lights, additional reverse lights, and work lighting. Security systems: Camera surveillance, alcohol interlocks, and sensors. Driver environment: Ticketing systems and communication equipment. Who Are You?
