We are now looking for CNC operators for an established industrial operation in the Alvesta area with extensive experience in sheet metal and machine processing, contract manufacturing and advanced mechanical production.
The operation works with the entire production chain – from laser cutting and processing to welding, assembly and surface treatment – and continuously invests in modern technology and machinery.
About the position
As a CNC operator, you will work in a modern workshop environment with qualified processing of components and parts in various materials. The role includes both machine monitoring and quality work where accuracy and technical understanding are important parts of daily work.
You will become part of an engaged team where cooperation, responsibility and quality are central to the work.
Job responsibilities
Set up and monitor CNC machines
Perform quality inspections and measurements
Read and follow drawings and work instructions
Change tools and make simple adjustments
Ensure efficient production flow
Contribute to order, quality and improvement work in production
We are looking for you who
Have experience with CNC machining or other industrial production
Have technical understanding and enjoy practical work
Can read drawings and use measuring tools
Are responsible, thorough and quality-conscious
Enjoy working both independently and together with others
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience with setup and programming
Forklift certificate and/or overhead crane certificate
Experience from workshop or manufacturing industry
Working hours
The work occurs on both permanent day and permanent evening shifts, which means we are looking for you who is flexible about working hours.
