Job Description: Childcare Teacher We are looking for someone who wants to bring joy while working with children and educators. You are a trained childcare teacher with great dedication and enthusiasm for your work. You find it easy to build good relationships with children, parents, and educators. You want to help create a joyful educational environment for play, teaching, development, and learning. You will perform standard childcare teacher tasks. It is important that you are flexible, and we have high expectations for good communication to ensure information is shared effectively. Together with the preschool teachers, you contribute to instruction and daily activities. You approach each day with enthusiasm and drive. You enjoy conducting activities both outdoors and indoors. Learning processes are made visible through pedagogical documentation, and you actively work to create stimulating and developmental learning environments. You have a positive approach to children, parents, and colleagues that reflects the belief in everyone's equal worth and that all can and want to succeed. We want you to be collaborative, positive, spread joy and work enthusiasm, be a driving person who inspires others in educational work, take initiative, and be responsible. You have solid pedagogical knowledge and are familiar with preschool curriculum guidelines, with the ability to implement these in daily activities. You are creative and interested in participating in creating exciting educational environments, and ICT is a natural part of your everyday work. Additional Information Employment Type: Temporary Position Scope: 100% Work Hours: Daytime Start Date: By Agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. A criminal record clearance is required upon employment. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
