We are seeking a dedicated construction manager for an extended assignment with our client in Luleå/Boden. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and with high quality standards. Develop and monitor technical drawings, work descriptions, and project plans. Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to optimize workflows. Participate in technical decisions and provide solutions to practical problems on-site. Qualifications Civil engineer or polytechnic engineer in construction, infrastructure, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience with construction and building projects. Solid understanding of project management, cost estimation, and workplace safety. Experience with CAD tools and digital project planning software is a plus. Fluent Swedish and strong English proficiency, both spoken and written. Personal Qualities Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication skills and team player. Flexible and motivated in a dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
