About the role As CFO, you will become part of the management team and work closely with the CEO. You will have overall responsibility for financial management, financial reporting and the development of the finance function. The role involves close collaboration with the business where you contribute with analyses, decision support and business perspectives. You will be responsible for, among other things: Financial statements and reporting Budgets, forecasts and follow-up Annual reports Liquidity planning Business analysis and decision support Contact with auditors and external parties Development of processes, systems and procedures Digitalization, automation and AI within the finance function Personnel responsibility for the finance department We are looking for you who Have academic education in economics or equivalent experience. Have several years of experience in audit, controlling, accounting or as finance manager/CFO. Are comfortable with financial statements, reporting and financial analysis. Have a strong business sense and enjoy working close to operations. Speak Swedish and English fluently. Experience from reporting in a listed environment is a merit. As a person You are analytical, business-oriented and unpretentious. You like to challenge existing approaches, drive improvements and create structure. At the same time, you are a leader who builds trust and develops both people and operations.
