As a production worker for our client in Svenljunga, you'll have the opportunity to grow in tasks that are both varied and educational, whether you have previous experience or not. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: • Assemble and handle products in production • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment • Perform ongoing quality controls to ensure high standards • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline workflow Working hours are arranged in 2-shift operation and this is a full-time position. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Requirements: • Driver's license and access to a car. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Merits: • Previous experience working in manufacturing. • Experience working toward set goals, such as working with KPIs or production targets. • Experience assembling according to work orders/instructions.
