As a production worker with our client in Svenljunga, you'll have the opportunity to develop through varied and educational tasks, whether or not you have prior experience. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Assemble and handle products in production • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment • Perform ongoing quality checks to maintain high standards • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline workflows Work is scheduled on a 2-shift basis and is a full-time position. You're a team player who collaborates easily. Since the client company maintains high product quality standards, you need to be a detail-oriented person who understands the value of delivering quality work. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you have: Requirements: • Valid driver's license and access to a car. • Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Merits: • Previous experience working in manufacturing. • Experience working toward set goals, such as KPI targets or production objectives. • Experience with assembly work based on work orders/instructions.
