About the role
As a team leader, you have a key role in our approach. You work together with one of our "fixers" at the customer's home and are responsible for ensuring the work runs smoothly, maintains high quality, and that both the customer and your colleague feel secure. You must have a driver's license, preferably access to your own car, and we pay mileage reimbursement.
What do we do?
We help homeowners in the Stockholm area with practical tasks such as:
· Trimming hedges
· Clearing and digging flower beds
· Repairing and oiling decks
· Painting and wallpapering
Our idea – and why your role is important
Many people who are far from the job market work with us – including Ukrainian refugees. We call them fixers.
They are skilled, motivated and willing to work, but often lack the language, networks, and experience with Swedish work culture. This is where you come in.
As a team leader, you work together as a team and you also create:
· Security and structure in the work
· Guide the fixer in meeting with the customer
· Ensure the job is performed professionally
You simply become the link that makes everything work.
