Do you have an eye for details and enjoy working with your hands? Maybe you build miniatures or Lego, tinker with electronics, do nail work, or have another fine motor skill interest? Then this job might be for you! Right now we're looking for detail-oriented and handy people for an exciting assembly position in Malmö. You'll work in a modern, clean, and well-organized environment where quality and precision are paramount. The work involves assembling small components according to clear instructions. It's perfect for you if you appreciate working methodically and focused, and if you enjoy making sure every little detail is exactly right. You can think of the work as similar to building models, working with electronics, or sewing, rather than traditional factory work. Here's what we offer you: A secure full-time position through StudentConsulting, with excellent opportunities to be taken over by the client company. Work in two-shift or night shift. Two-shift means weekly shift rotation Monday–Friday: 06.00–14.20 / 14.20–22.40. Night shift means a fixed shift: 22.40–05.30. A thorough introduction where you'll learn the tasks from the ground up. A clean, modern, and well-organized work environment with friendly colleagues. A long-term opportunity with a reliable employer, with good opportunities to develop within the company. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We believe you're a good fit for this position if you: Enjoy detail-oriented and fine motor tasks and like, for example, building Lego, painting, doing nails, or working with other small details. Have previous experience from, for example, assembly, electronics, beauty, sewing, or similar. Are calm, focused, and comfortable following instructions and routines. Are practical, enjoy working with your hands, and have a structured work approach. Have patience and the ability to maintain concentration even when tasks are detail-intensive. Requirements for the position: Good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written. You must be able to complete and pass a simple assembly test, and undergo background check and health screening. You're interested in a long-term work relationship and want to develop together with the company. Does this sound like you? Then this might be the job for you! Submit your application today – we look forward to getting to know you.
