I am a woman with humor, joy for life, and a strong desire to live my life exactly as I want. Due to a significant physical disability, I use a wheelchair and need help with everything practical in daily life. I communicate for myself and lead my own assistance – you will be my arms and legs when my body isn't enough. For us to get along well, I believe you are someone who is easygoing, thoughtful, and has a good sense of humor. At the same time, you need to be responsive and able to read situations. Some days are filled with energy, activities, and happy conversations, while other days pain may take up more space. Then you need to be able to adapt and be present in a calm and reassuring way. With me, you get close, independent, and varied work where no two days are the same. You help me with personal care, household chores, transfers, activities, and everything else that comes with daily life. I am looking for you if you: Are a woman, preferably between 20–40 years old. Have a driver's license and feel confident behind the wheel. Like animals and are not allergic. Are responsible, flexible, and reliable. Have humor and contribute positive energy. Can work independently and take initiative. Have good Swedish in speech and writing. Previous experience with personal assistance is a merit but not required. The most important thing is that we get along and that you have the right attitude. About the Position: 24-hour shifts with on-call periods during the night. Work in a small assistant team.
