We are looking for an experienced, engaged, and detail-oriented finance manager who wants to take full responsibility for the accounting work in our company. You report directly to the CEO and contribute financial information and perspectives to the company's planning and strategic decisions. IOSoft is an IT company with just over 20 employees. Your colleagues work with system development, IT operations and support, project management, administration, and UX design. Our revenue consists of consulting services, products, and recurring subscriptions. We have an unpretentious culture with short decision-making processes, where we collaborate and help each other. It's important to us that you want to be part of the workplace and community at our offices. About the Role As finance manager, you'll take full responsibility for IOSoft's ongoing accounting work. The finance function currently includes approximately 50 customer invoices, 100 supplier invoices, and payroll administration for just over 20 employees per month. You become IOSoft's responsible person for the ongoing accounting work. The role therefore requires that you are comfortable working independently, planning and prioritizing your tasks, and making your own assessments. You work independently within the finance area but have access to an external accounting firm and auditor for support and consultation on more complex matters and in connection with financial closings. Your tasks include: Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations Management of approximately 50 customer invoices per month Handling and coding of nearly 100 supplier invoices per month Payroll administration for just over 20 employees VAT and tax declarations Monthly reporting and financial monitoring Liquidity planning Budgeting and forecasts Preparations and work related to monthly and annual closings Preparation of financial statements and key figures Development and documentation of financial routines The role involves close collaboration with management, project managers, and the company's other administrative functions. We are Looking for You If… To succeed in this role, you need experience independently managing a company's ongoing accounting work. Since you won't be working with other accountants internally, you need broad financial competence and feel comfortable driving the work forward on your own. Requirements At least two years of experience with broad and independent accounting work Experience with ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations Experience with payroll administration Strong knowledge of accounting, taxes, and VAT Experience with financial reporting and monitoring Experience with preparations and work related to monthly and annual closings Good experience working in accounting systems Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
