Are you interested in working in my team as a personal assistant for me, but also serving as a team leader? We are now looking for a team leader and assistant for our assignment in Kramfors. We are looking for someone who is prepared to take on significant responsibility, works quickly, is used to handling multiple tasks at once, and can lead colleagues. You will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, planning time off, and coordinating the assignment's work tasks, while also actively working as a personal assistant yourself. It is essential that you have good cooperation with legal representatives and family members, and that you can work well with them in decisions and planning related to the assistance. You will work closely with the assignment manager. We use weekly check-in meetings but also maintain close contact otherwise. You will receive substantial support in your role as a team leader. My team currently consists of very skilled personal assistants that I am very satisfied with. Now I need to add a person who wants to be part of and continue building the team with me, and help me develop and maintain my good quality of life. You will work 24-hour shifts from 09:00-09:00, single assistance with on-call duty at night. If you are interested, please get in touch! A bit about me: I am a positive young man in my best 38 years, with autism and IF. I have my own housing. My interests include making daily outings with my car, going for walks, swimming, playing keyboard, watching YouTube, and listening to Spotify - rap and hip hop music. As a personal assistant, you fundamentally need to be secure, clear, happy, and calm. I especially need help from you in communicating with other people. Routines, structure, and visual supports are important to me. Working as a personal assistant for me primarily means that you and I get along and can build a good relationship. Humor goes a long way when we build that relationship. It is then an advantage if you have knowledge and experience that can be useful when we work together. My assistants are curious about learning more and developing in assistant work, which means I get a continuously improved quality of life that I naturally feel good about and which enriches my life in many ways. My assistants also work with a low-affect approach both towards me and within the team. This is a prerequisite for me to feel comfortable and do well. Likewise, there is a way of working that involves creating joy and well-being for me every day, which I very much appreciate. Something that is also very important to me is being involved and making decisions in most of my daily decisions. This helps me strengthen my self-esteem and independence. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES/INTERESTS: *Are committed and responsible with a great ability to motivate *Are positive and can radiate joy/humor and use it as a work tool *Are calm, stable, happy, and secure in yourself *Can create calm, clarity, and security and work to maintain calm in all situations *Are attentive/responsive and can be flexible when required *Have understanding of what it means to have a job where other people depend on your effort *Have understanding of what it means to work in someone else's home and care for the home and customer's belongings *Enjoy cooking/baking *Enjoy assistance work of a pedagogical and planning nature *Enjoy continuing your education with colleagues in various work methods WORK TASKS: *Support the customer in communication *Participate in activities within the home, such as conversations, IT/YouTube, music *Participate in activities outside the home, such as daily walks and outings *Support the customer with activities at day services *Help the customer with cooking/baking *Keep the home environment clean and pleasant, care for the customer's belongings, and handle any outdoor chores at the house, including some snow shoveling and grass mowing *Prevent and manage frustrations and problem situations *Create a daily meaningful and positive experience for the customer *Encourage and provide opportunities for the customer's daily self-determination, participation, and independence THE POSITION REQUIRES: *Basic computer skills *Driver's license category B (manual transmission) and own car, as there is limited access to public transportation *Requires some flexibility and the ability to work holidays and vacation periods *The customer has their own car that can be used in the work *Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written *An advantage if you have knowledge/experience of working with people with autism *Being prepared to work according to the work methods used by the customer *Participating in continuous guidance and monthly workplace meetings *Providing a criminal background check extract.
