Now we are looking for a new team player in our F-6 team in Nödinge. During the coming year, we will evaluate our team and our areas of responsibility, and as a new team player you can be part of influencing this. Your strengths will complement the rest of us! Job Responsibilities To reach our high expectations and goals, we are organized in an F-6 leadership team, where we have one principal for F-6 and three assistant principals with different focuses in their assignments. You will collaborate for the whole but also have clear areas of responsibility that you are accountable for. Your immediate supervisor is the Principal of Primary School, and you are expected to lead together in a transparent and unpretentious manner – together is the keyword! You will be responsible for part of the overall school. In your assignment for grades F-3, you will be responsible for daily operations, systematic quality work within your area of responsibility. A large part of your assignment will be to find good collaboration between the different parts of the school so that we can find ways for all our students to reach their goals. Beyond that, we focus on increased student attendance and ensuring that our students have a stable and solid foundation in their reading, writing, and math development. Based on our planned evaluation of the team and players' competencies, your assignment may have different content and direction if we develop new ideas in this process. Qualifications We would like to see that you have worked as an assistant principal or in another management position within education for a few years. You have a pedagogical degree or education that the employer considers equivalent. Ideally, you have completed or are currently pursuing principal certification. You have completed some form of management or leadership program with a focus on the municipal and state responsibilities of a school leader. We also see that you have experience and can demonstrate your skills in systematically and long-term working with school development, operational development, and quality work.
