Learn more at sveba-dahlen.se Job Responsibilities As a welder at Sveba Dahlen, you will be part of the production team where you work with both welding and assembly. The role is varied and suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and likes technical challenges. Your main responsibilities consist of MIG and TIG welding, assembly of components, and oven insulation. Here you will use both your technical expertise and quality mindset in work where you can see the results of what you create. Work hours are daytime shifts, 07:00–16:00 Monday through Thursday and 07:00–14:45 on Fridays. Background and Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we believe you have workshop technical training or equivalent industry experience. You have previous experience with welding and assembly, are comfortable reading technical drawings, and feel confident working independently with a focus on quality. As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy a role where you take responsibility for your work. You appreciate working together with colleagues toward common goals and contribute with a positive attitude in your daily work. Since the work is physically active, we appreciate it if you enjoy using your body in your work.
