About the Role
As Depot Manager, you will have
overall responsibility for the Staffanstorp depot and its employees.
The role combines operational leadership with customer responsibility, business development, and
financial accountability.
You will lead the
daily operations while developing the depot long-term together
with your team and the region. The role involves close collaboration with
customers, employees, and other functions within BUKO.
We are therefore seeking
not an administrative manager, but a leader who enjoys being present in
operations, supporting employees in their daily work, and contributing wherever needed to
make the business function and develop.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the depot and its employees
Plan and allocate resources for efficient daily operations
Manage customer relationships, local sales, and delivery quality
Ensure the depot meets set targets for quality, work environment, and profitability
Manage materials, equipment, vehicles, and inventory
Provide operational support in the business as needed
Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for someone who
enjoyed leading people and developing operations while being actively involved in daily operations.
We believe you:
Have experience in personnel management
Have good financial understanding and experience working toward goals and budgets
Have experience from the road, construction, infrastructure, or contracting industry
Are experienced in building and developing customer relationships
Hold a B driver's license and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
