Opportunity for 100% employment or divided percentages among multiple assistants, as well as hourly temporary workers who can work as needed and available. About the client: The client is a girl who is social, positive, and has a high activity level with lots of energy. She enjoys swimming, playing at playgrounds, shopping, taking walks, music, and dancing. She is looking for active assistants who enjoy planning activities and varied work. It is very important that you are comfortable being active and have good physical fitness, as the work requires it. More information about the client will be provided at the interview. Who are we looking for? You speak Swedish fluently in speech and writing. You are a positive person who enjoys taking initiative and responsibility, with strong problem-solving skills. You are stress-resilient and solution-oriented in challenging situations. As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive, a good listener, and confident in your role. You should be able to prevent and handle risky situations and create structure in daily life. You have a good sense of humor and are willing to make independent decisions. You are responsible and work well in collaboration. You are skilled at inspiring others and enjoy challenges at work. There is a cat in the home. As an assistant or temporary worker, you do not smoke or use snus during work hours. Meritorious qualifications: Meritorious if you speak Serbian, Croatian, or Bosnian. Have a driver's license. Have experience with NPF. Experience with AAC and visual supports. Previous experience working as a personal assistant. Education in care and health services. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. You will become part of a team that works together with and for the client. Your tasks: It can be anything from individualized personal care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
