About the position
As a nursing assistant at Martins Hemtjänst, you work to provide individually tailored care and services based on the customer's needs. Your duties may include:
Personal care
Assistance with medications and delegated health and medical care services
Documentation according to current procedures
Support with daily tasks
Contact with family members and home health care
Creating security and social community for our customers
We work with a respectful and professional approach where the customer's needs and self-determination are always in focus.
We are looking for you who
Are a trained nursing assistant
Have experience working in home care or elderly care
Are responsible, flexible, and dedicated
Have good collaboration skills and a positive demeanor
Can work independently and make your own decisions
Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have a class B driver's license
