Welcome to Us We're looking for you as a nurse for a permanent position at Health and Care Unit Area 1, which includes the care and housing facilities Kampementet, Rio, and Sabbatsbergsbyn. As a nursing care coordinator nurse, you'll be part of a team with nurses, an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist, nursing assistants, and doctors. Your Role As a nursing care coordinator nurse, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that together cares for patients. You'll perform individual assessments, plan and lead nursing care and health care work, and mentor nursing staff. Your work includes both acute and planned interventions, and it's important that you're confident in your role as a nurse and can act quickly and flexibly. Your responsibilities also include prescribing therapeutic mattresses and nutrition treatment in consultation with the administration's dietitian. We accept students, and your role will include mentoring. Your Competence and Experience We're looking for you who have: a nursing license experience working in elderly care experience mentoring and delegating to staff It's a plus if you have: mentor training, as the facility accepts students We place great importance on personal qualities. We need you to be development-oriented, flexible, and empathetic to the care recipients' needs and wishes. You're engaged, have good collaboration skills, enjoy sharing your own knowledge and experience, and are open to learning new things. In this role, you need to be communicative and goal and results-oriented.
