We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position at Kattrumpstullen, which is part of the Health and Care Unit in Area 2. As a nursing care coordinator, you will be part of a team with nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapist, nursing assistants, and physicians. You will work closely with unit managers and group leaders at the facility.

Your Role
As a nursing care coordinator, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that together is responsible for patients. You will perform individual assessments, plan and lead nursing and healthcare work, and mentor nursing staff. Your work includes both acute and planned interventions, and it is important that you are confident in your role as a nurse, can act quickly, and are flexible.
We have Metodikum, which is a training room for educating care staff in vital parameters.
Your tasks also include prescribing therapeutic mattresses and nutritional therapy in consultation with the administration's dietitian.
We accept students and mentoring will be part of your role.
Your Competence and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
registered nurse license
experience working in elderly care of approximately 2 years
It is beneficial if you have:
mentor training, since the facility accepts students
