The State Social Care Center "ZEMGALE" (Reg. No. 40900035103) is the largest state provider of long-term social care and social rehabilitation services in Latvia. WE ARE HIRING A CAREGIVER at the "Valka" branch (for a fixed term, 1.0 position) We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) from EUR 784 – EUR 808; compensation during probation period up to EUR 786; summarized working hours (according to work schedule); 25% monthly allowance for work involving special risk; professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 - 10 working days per year); reduced working hours - 35h per week; health insurance after 3 months of employment. Key responsibilities: provide client care according to client functional status; ensure client safety and monitor compliance with internal regulations; maintain cleanliness and order in client living spaces and common areas, performing wet cleaning at least once per day; excellent communication and cooperation skills. Requirements for candidates: basic or secondary education; state language proficiency - intermediate level 1 (B1); desired practical work experience in this or similar position; Valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
