The Ērgļu Social Care Center of the Madona Municipality is seeking a CARE WORKER. Social Care Center (Parka iela 4, Ērgļi, Ērgļu pagasts, Madonas novads, LV 4840) Main job responsibilities: Provide client care in accordance with the client's functional abilities Assist clients in maintaining hygiene standards and performing daily activities Ensure client safety Maintain the cleanliness of client living quarters and equipment Prepare and complete work documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and the institution's established procedures Requirements for job candidates: Basic or secondary education Work experience preferred High sense of responsibility for assigned duties and accuracy in their execution Initiative and independence, ability to work in a team Patience, compassion, and ability to interact with elderly people We offer: Work in a dynamic and professional team Gross hourly wage of 5.36 EUR Full-time shift work Contract for an indefinite period Social benefits Candidates must submit the following documents: CV Copies of education documents Documents must be submitted by August 28, 2026 by sending them to the email [email protected] or by submitting them in person at the Ērgļu Social Care Center, Parka iela 4, Ērgļi.
