Care Attendant

(Registration No. 90000039319) Riga Social Care Center "Gaļezers" (hereinafter – Center) is seeking SENIOR CARE ATTENDANTS (profession code: 5322 02) to provide care services to Center clients – pension-age persons and adults with disabilities on a permanent basis Position Purpose: Provide social care services to Center clients, coordinate care provision for a designated group of clients, supervise proper documentation of the care process, and provide orientation training for new care attendants. Requirements: • Basic or secondary level professional education (vocational education – with qualification as care attendant or nursing assistant). • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people; • State language proficiency in accordance with regulatory requirements (B1 level); • Reliability in task completion and ability to organize your work. Key Position Responsibilities: • Conduct rounds in clients' rooms while on duty.
