Tukuma novada pašvaldības iestāde "Tukuma novada sociālais dienests" (reg. no. 40900035315) announces an open competition for the position of Care Assistant for a fixed-term period (1 position), at Kandava Nursing Home, Ķiršu Street 10, Kandava, Tukuma Municipality: Requirements for Candidates: Secondary or vocational education; Care Assistant qualification will be considered an advantage; Ability to plan, manage and organize work, ability to clearly and substantively express your opinion; High sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; Excellent communication and cooperation skills. Main Job Duties: Assist clients in meeting basic needs in accordance with the client's self-care abilities; Assist clients with mobility within the premises, ensuring client safety; Provide supervision of clients; When necessary, assist clients with cleaning and airing of rooms; Maintain common areas; Supervise meal preparation, serving, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning after mealtimes; Assist clients in organizing personal belongings and changing bed linens. We Offer: Work in a dynamic organization and professional team; Salary from EUR 780.00 to EUR 954.00 per month, before taxes, on a flexible working hours basis, depending on candidate's qualifications and professional experience; Social benefits.
