Base salary during probation 4.75 EUR/h, after probation period in accordance with evaluation.
One full-time position - 1.0 rate
Work schedule - in accordance with the employer's work time schedule.
Work location: Rēzeknes novada Health and Social Care Center, Rīgas iela 57A, Viļāni, Rēzeknes novads.
Planned work start date - August 2026. (Specific date will be clarified)
Requirements for candidates:
Basic or secondary vocational education;
Caregiver certificate;
Desirable previous work experience in a caregiver position;
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene requirements;
Ability to independently perform job duties and make decisions within your competence;
High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work in a team;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, client-oriented approach;
Valid electronic signature.
Caregiver responsibilities:
Provide social care to clients in accordance with their level of self-care;
Document performed activities;
Position clients appropriately;
Use technical aids when moving clients;
Follow instructions from social work specialists;
