WE ARE HIRING A CAREGIVER at the "Lielbērze" branch (for an indefinite period, full-time) We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) EUR 784 – EUR 808; compensation during the trial period up to EUR 786; Summarized working hours (according to work schedule); 25% monthly allowance for work related to special risk; Professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; Social guarantees; additional vacation days for special risk (3 working days per year) and annual evaluation (from 4 to 10 working days per year); Health insurance after 3 months of work. Key job responsibilities: Provide client care according to the client's functional condition; Be responsible for client safety and ensure that clients comply with internal regulations; Ensure cleanliness and order in client living areas and common areas, performing wet cleaning at least once per day; Good communication and cooperation skills. Requirements for candidates: Basic or secondary education; Desired practical work experience in this or similar position; Valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
