State Social Care Center "ZEMGALE" (Reg. No. 40900035103) is the largest state provider of long-term social care and social rehabilitation services in Latvia. WE ARE HIRING A CARE ATTENDANT at the "Lielbērze" branch (for an indefinite period, 0.5 position,) We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) from EUR 394 – EUR 404; salary during trial period up to EUR 393 (for half position); accumulated working hours (according to work schedule); 25% monthly allowance for work involving special risk; professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 - 10 working days per year); reduced working hours - 17.5h per week; health insurance after 3 months of employment. Main duties of the position: provide client care in accordance with their functional condition; ensure client safety and ensure clients comply with internal regulations; maintain cleanliness and order in client living spaces and common areas, performing wet cleaning at least once per day; good communication and cooperation skills. Requirements for candidates: primary or secondary education; state language proficiency - intermediate level grade 1 (B1); desired practical work experience in this or a similar position; Valid electronic signature (we will help you obtain one).
