The State Social Care Center "Zemgale" is the largest state provider of long-term social care and social rehabilitation services in Latvia. WE ARE HIRING A CAREGIVER at the "Rūja" branch – 1 position (indefinite term, full-time) We offer: - Social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; - Salary (gross) EUR 784 – EUR 808; remuneration during probation period up to EUR 786; - Summarized working hours (according to work schedule); 25% monthly allowance for work involving special risk; - Professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; - Social guarantees; additional vacation days for special risk (3 working days per year) and annual evaluation (from 4 to 10 working days per year); - Health insurance after 3 months of work. Key job responsibilities: - Provide client care according to clients' functional condition; - Be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal rules; - Maintain cleanliness and order in client living spaces and common areas, performing wet cleaning at least once per day; - Demonstrate good communication and cooperation skills. Requirements for candidates: - Primary or secondary education; - Desirable practical work experience in this or similar position; - Valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
