WE ARE HIRING CAREGIVERS at the "Ropaži" branch
(fixed-term, full-time, 2 positions) (profession code: 532202)
We offer:
social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations;
salary (gross) from EUR 784 – EUR 808; salary during probation period up to EUR 786;
summarized working hours (according to work schedule: you can choose - either 24-hour shift work or daytime work only);
25% monthly supplement for work involving special risk;
professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities;
additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual assessment (from 4 - 10 working days per year);
health insurance after 3 months of employment.
Key job duties:
provide client care according to clients' functional status;
be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal regulations;
maintain cleanliness and order in client living quarters and common areas by performing wet cleaning at least once per day;
excellent communication and cooperation skills.
Requirements for candidates:
primary or secondary education;
knowledge of the state language - intermediate level B2;
desired practical work experience in this or similar position;
valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu parish, Ropažu municipality.
