WE ARE HIRING CARE ASSISTANTS at the "Ropaži" branch
(for an indefinite period, full-time, 2 positions) (profession code: 532202)
We offer:
social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations;
salary (gross) from EUR 784 – EUR 808; salary during probation period up to EUR 786;
summarized working hours (according to work schedule: you can choose - either 24-hour shift work or daytime work only);
25% monthly supplement for work involving special hazards;

additional leave for special hazards (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 - 10 working days per year);
health insurance after 3 months of employment.
Main job responsibilities:
provide client care in accordance with clients' functional status;
be responsible for client safety and ensure clients comply with internal regulations;
maintain cleanliness and order in clients' living spaces and common areas, performing wet cleaning at least once per day;
good communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements for candidates:
basic or secondary education;
state language proficiency - intermediate level 1st degree (B1);
desired practical work experience in this or a similar position;
valid electronic signature (we will help you obtain one).
Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu parish, Ropažu municipality.
