State Limited Liability Company "Gintermuiza Hospital" invites applications for a CAREGIVER position in the long-term social care and social rehabilitation department for adults with severe mental health disorders. Requirements for candidates: 1. Basic, general secondary, or secondary vocational education. 2. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate with people who have mental health disorders. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Ability to work in high-intensity environments. 5. Willingness and readiness to learn and develop professional skills. 6. State language proficiency at level B1. 7. Successful previous work experience in the care field and caregiver qualifications will be considered an advantage. Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure clients' individual social and hygiene basic needs in accordance with the client's self-care abilities. 2. Assist clients with washing, dressing, eating, moving, and using technical aids. 3. Provide care for bedridden and immobile clients, including changing incontinence products. 4. Monitor clients' health status and provide supervision. 5. Follow instructions regarding the safety of the client's environment. 6. Document provided services and activities. We offer: 1. Stable hourly wage of 5.19 EUR per working hour before tax deductions. 2. 24-hour insurance against accidents and other benefits guaranteed to employees under the hospital's collective agreement. 3.
