Applications Consultant for iFACTS in Malmö

At iFACTS, you'll be part of a rapidly growing company with many new customers and ongoing business expansion. About the Role As an applications consultant at iFACTS, you'll become part of their consulting department. Together with colleagues, you'll work on implementing, configuring, and further developing their proprietary software for management systems, information security, risk management, and insurance. You'll get early opportunities to work closely with customers and their operations. In this role, you'll participate in customer meetings, analyze needs, and translate business requirements into smart solutions on the platform. The role involves, among other things: Participate in and drive parts of implementation and customer projects Daily customer contact in the form of ongoing support responsibilities Understand the customer's business, needs, and processes and translate them into solutions in the application Configure and customize the software according to customer needs Participate in workshops, customer meetings, and training sessions Provide educational support to the customer throughout the implementation Contribute with analysis and problem-solving in customer projects Over time, take on greater responsibility for projects, customers, and deliverables Help develop both working methods and the product You don't need to know everything from the start—what matters most is that you have a strong desire to learn. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have an academic degree in, for example, systems science, IT, economics, business development, or similar Possess a few years of work experience in the field and have an interest in business development and system implementation Understand the value of creating benefit for the customer and have a business-oriented mindset Have good communication skills in Swedish and English Who Are You as a Person?
