Application Engineer, Tech Support & Fleet Management A snapshot of your day We need to expand our team of engineers and technicians to deliver service and support to our customers around the world. Our technical support and close collaboration with internal and external customers are crucial to achieving high availability, reliability, and satisfied customers. We work with all models of steam turbines, including auxiliary systems supplied from Finspång and Germany. How you will make an impact Support sales representatives, project managers, and field service personnel with technical support before and during inspections. Manage technical issues that arise during ongoing inspections. Provide technical continuity in upgrade and modernization projects. Participate in customer visits and help define the content of our activity lists prior to inspections. Work with recommendations, possible upgrades, and service bulletins for our fleet. Ensure that machine-specific documentation is updated following completed inspections. What you bring Ability to work both independently and in team/project settings. A customer-focused approach and ability to see the bigger picture of the business. You engage in improvement work and have a strong drive to identify new and more efficient solutions. A strong technical interest and solution-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written. (German is also a plus) Experience with steam turbines or other rotating equipment is advantageous About the team Within our Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators - Service Engineering division, we offer comprehensive service and support globally in the power, heat, and process industries covering rotating equipment. Our customers are supported with sustainable and mission-critical products, solutions, and services. Today, the Technical Support & Fleet Management office consists of 15 employees with broad expertise and extensive experience with our Finspång and German-manufactured steam turbine fleet.
