With a focus on both the here and now, as well as the future - we contribute together to a world that feels good! 🌍🧡🚀 Your role as pharmacy manager at Kronan Apotek in Tanum, Grebbestad and Fjällbacka Welcome to Kronan Apotek in Tanum, Grebbestad and Fjällbacka - three unique locations along Bohuslän's west coast where nature, tourism and local communities meet 🧡 The pharmacy in Tanumshede is the cluster's largest and is strategically located next to health centers, dentists and a large ICA supermarket - a natural meeting place with high customer traffic (you'll also find one of Bohuslän's most beautiful archipelagos here). In Grebbestad and Fjällbacka we operate smaller pharmacies in idyllic tourist destinations, where you meet both locals and visitors from around the world. In Fjällbacka there is also a health center. Together, these pharmacies offer a varied and developing environment where you as a manager can combine leadership, business and customer focus in a unique coastal setting. Today the cluster consists of a cohesive team of 8 employees, 4 pharmacists and 4 pharmacy technicians, with strong team spirit, high engagement and a culture where we always step up for each other and our customers. As a pharmacy manager in our Tanum cluster, we see that you are a leader with high drive, commitment and results focus. The work is both strategic and operational. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and highest quality customer experience. Responsible for finances, budget and results follow-up. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The opening hours in the cluster are currently 🕰️ Tanumshede: 8:30–18:00 on weekdays, closed on weekends Fjällbacka: 9:00–17:00 (closed Wednesdays and weekends) Grebbestad: 11:00–15:00 Thursday–Friday You are offered a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is by agreement and Regional Manager Adnan Mulic looks forward to welcoming you to his region! Perhaps you have previous experience in a leading role and are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us.
