Kronans Apotek in Gällivare Centrum is a large pharmacy where you become part of a strong collaboration with our two other pharmacies in Gällivare. The pharmacy is centrally located in Gällivare, close to shops and with nature just around the corner. Here, the pulse of the city combines with proximity to mountains, outdoor activities, and an active life outside of work. In this role, you will... Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget, and results monitoring. Have full responsibility for staff, work environment, and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. That's why we offer you something extra if you choose to come to us in Gällivare. Salary Supplement 💰 5,000 kr extra per month for three full years if you choose to relocate or commute to Gällivare. Bonus 🏆 To ensure you thrive and flourish, we offer an annual bonus of 60,000 kr during your first three years with us (psst…totaling up to 180,000 kr 😉). This is our way of thanking you for choosing to build your future here with us! The offer applies to you as a pharmacy manager who applies to Kronans Apotek and who chooses to relocate or commute to Gällivare to become part of our team. The salary supplement and bonus are proportional to or directly linked to your employment level. Employment and Working Hours ⌚ The pharmacy is open 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent employment with an initial trial period, and you report to Regional Manager Maria Fallström. Start by agreement. We're looking for you who is a pharmacist or pharmacy technician and feel it's time to take the next step in your career!
