Your role as pharmacy manager at Hjärtat
As a Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. You lead your team toward achieving your pharmacy's financial goals. To get there, you coach and motivate staff in their daily work and development. In this role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.

Apotek Hjärtat Täby Centrum Entré E is located in the heart of one of Sweden's largest shopping centers. Here there's always activity and movement – perfect for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
We are a wonderful team of seven employees of mixed ages and different backgrounds. With us, both newly graduated and experienced colleagues work side by side, which creates a positive learning culture and reliable support in everyday work. We have a large customer flow of both regular customers from the local area and temporary visitors passing through the center. Customer interaction is always in focus, and we help each other maintain the pace and keep service at the top.

This position is a permanent full-time employment.
We are open 10-20 on weekdays, 10-18 on Saturdays, and 10-18 on Sundays.
