Your role as pharmacy manager at Hjärtat As a Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical matters at your pharmacy. Why you should work for us - the regional manager shares In Bergvik, we are now looking for an engaged pharmacy manager for our pharmacy located in the middle of the shopping center. In the nearby area, there is also a Hjärtat pharmacy at Maxi, which creates great opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. We have a close and warm collaboration between the pharmacies, and there is always a colleague nearby to discuss both big and small matters with. The pharmacy is spacious and well-planned, with a large and inspiring over-the-counter section that suits the shopping center customer perfectly. The team currently includes four pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians. Additionally, two of our regional specialists work from here – in quality and supply – which gives you extra support in both development matters and daily operations. This is a permanent position where full-time or part-time can be discussed. Opening hours: weekdays 10–20, Saturday and Sunday 10–18 Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist with a degree, or trained pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career and want to develop your leadership skills, or you are an experienced leader.
