About the Workplace Västerängsskolan is a grades F-9 school centrally located in Bålsta. There are two classes per grade level from preschool through grade 9. Your Assignment As a lead teacher in the after-school program, you have a key role in the school's development work. You are responsible for, together with school leadership and colleagues, developing the after-school program's pedagogical activities and strengthening the connection between the after-school program's mission and the school's education. Your duties include: teaching in the after-school program lead and coordinate the after-school program's development work plan, follow up, and analyze activities within the framework of systematic quality work support and inspire colleagues in pedagogical work ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with curriculum and policy documents contribute to a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for all students work closely with school leadership, student services, guardians, and other professionals You will be an important collaborator with school leadership and have particular responsibility for the after-school program's continued development. Meritorious Experience leading development work in after-school programs. Experience with systematic quality work. Experience as a team leader or in pedagogical leadership. Eligibility to teach practical-aesthetic subjects or physical education and health. Experience working with accessible learning environments and individualized adaptations.
