Our opening hours are 7-22 every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store has 35 employees and a number of extra workers. We are now looking for someone who wants to help make our manual counters successful! You have a passion for food and cooking You are engaged and goal-oriented as a person You have exceptional customer service skills You enjoy being on your feet and working at a fast pace In your role as responsible for delicatessen and fish, you will have varying tasks such as providing service to our customers at the store's manual counters as well as being responsible for purchasing, sales, and quality control in the department. You will hold specialist expertise in the field and ensure that development and operations in the departments run efficiently and professionally. We want you to communicate easily, be clear in your leadership, and have a coaching and supportive approach towards your colleagues. Furthermore, you should be skilled at inspiring and engaging your team members. Previous experience in delicatessen and fish is highly valued. This position is a temporary role at 35 h/week until 2028-08-20 with start date immediately or as agreed. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
