Lead Treatment Pedagogue at Gålö Activity Center – Wemind HVB

We are seeking an engaged and driven treatment pedagogue for our activity center at Gålö HVB for boys aged 14-18. The activity center aims to provide meaningful engagement for young people who do not have the ability to manage employment outside the HVB home. It can also serve as a complement to, for example, school. Individual treatment plans form the basis for each young person's activities at the center. Operations run on weekdays (approx. 09.00–16.00) and have an ambition to eventually also receive young people from other operations. About the role Temporary position Sept 2026 - June 2027. You collaborate with each young person's team, as well as with a colleague in the kitchen, and are responsible for planning, organizing, and driving the operation forward. Teams consist of social workers, treatment assistants, and psychologists. Selection of activities at the center today Gardening Homework help and other school tasks Creative activities Bike workshop Gym Kitchen (run by a chef) Content can develop over time based on needs.
