AnnSam AB, which has staffed healthcare with nurses since 1999, is now seeking social workers for a unit manager position in Hörby. Period: Fall period weeks 36-52, 16 hours per week. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership position within the social services sector. Documented experience with particularly complex cases with high conflict levels. Experience managing litigious behavior, repeated complaints, and intense external pressure. Experience with crisis management and workplace environment work in vulnerable operations. Experience leading through change and creating stability under pressure. Experience with cases that have generated JO complaints, IVO investigations, court proceedings, or extensive media interest. Experience as interim manager in social services or public authority operations is particularly valued.
