Facilities Staff at F&S Stockholm, Solna (50%)

Then this job might be for you. In your role as facilities staff, you are our most important contact with prospective and current members as well as officials. You meet, acknowledge, and contribute to a high level of service. You are part of the facilities team that belongs to the West Stockholm area and report to the Area Manager. Your responsibilities Handle the sale of training cards and other items including cash reconciliation, member registration, and inform about Friskis&Svettis' concept, prices, training, etc. Encourage training and meet members in the gym, entrance areas, and at reception. Initiate and participate in the work of maintaining the facility so that it maintains high quality in both the premises and equipment in the gym and halls. Ensure that we deliver the training we have promised together with colleagues at the facility. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and a team player who can also work independently. You take holistic responsibility, have an eye for detail, and spread positive energy. You have good knowledge of sales and service and at least one year of relevant work experience. You have computer and system skills and good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a genuine interest in fitness! You take initiative, dare to make decisions, think creatively, and contribute your ideas to developing our team's work. We place special emphasis on good service and sales instincts and that you are used to working independently. NOTE! The position involves varying working hours; mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We need our staff when members are training so we can provide the best service possible. We only hire employees who are 18 years or older. Meritorious qualifications Additional relevant experience in service and/or sales work. Work or involvement in gym, fitness, or sports club activities.
