Construction Worker with Experience Needed Immediately!

Your Responsibilities As a construction/site worker with us, you will work on varying projects depending on your experience, skills, and profile. Your responsibilities may include everything from ground and foundation work to water/sanitation work, pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, fine grading, and other construction work on building sites. You will also work on preparing work areas, handling materials, coordinating with equipment operators, and ensuring that work is performed according to plans, schedules, and applicable quality and safety requirements. Work is performed both independently and in teams with other skilled workers, where you are expected to be engaged, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the job site. Responsibilities (examples): - Ground and construction work - Excavation, grading, and backfilling - Pipe laying and water/sanitation work (requires documented experience) - Preparatory and final project work - Blueprint reading and work according to instructions (required) - Laser operation - Daytime work Your Profile We are looking for people with experience in ground and construction work who are comfortable working in a practical and physical work environment. Experience with water/sanitation work is important. We appreciate it if you have good physical fitness and enjoy active outdoor work in varying environments. The right attitude and a positive mindset are very important, as the work often involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a fast pace. You need to be able to work both independently and in teams, and be responsible, thorough, and contribute to ensuring work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. Good communication skills in Swedish are a requirement, as the work involves daily contact with colleagues, supervisors, and other trades on the job site. A Class B driver's license is required.
